Atención excelente las 24hs, todas las comodidades, ubicación excelente, calidad de las instalaciones y electrodomesticos muy buenos. Muy buen tamaño del departamento.

El estacionamiento no era fijo y no siempre había lugar.

Nah am Strand und der 5th Avenue, recht günstig und die Zimmer waren sauber. Es gibt einen Waschraum den man für 70 Pesos mieten kann. Casago hat jederzeit schnell und freundlich via WhatsApp geantwortet.

Das Gebäude gehört der Menesse Group, die einzelnen Wohnung gehören jeweils zig verschiedenen Mietern oder Firmen. Deshalb sehr gemischtes Publikum, relativ laut auf den Fluren. Der Rooftop Pool war eher enttäuschend. Pool war relativ dreckig, es gab kaum Liege- oder Sitzmöglichkeiten, teilweise fehlten die Polster. Wirkte als würde sich niemand drum kümmern. Den Zimmercode bekommt man einfach per WhatsApp, was irgendwie nicht so super sicher wirkt. Es gibt keine Karte oder Schlüsse, nur diesen Code. Room Service ist nicht inbegriffen, kostet 25 USD und nur auf Anfrage. Außerdem müssen vor Ort 100 USD Security Deposit gezahlt werden.

The location was good, calm and close to 5 Ave and to the beach.

I told the property well in advance that I will arrive early and would appreciate early check in and they assured that theywill sort it out. When I arrived I was told that its not possible and I was granted access to the room about 2 hours after the cleaners left the building. Very dissapointing experience. Room was overlooking the gray concrete wall of the building. Elevators were not working.

The location is great, really close to the beach as well as restaurants and cafes on the 5th street. The building and the apartment are new, clean, the staff was friendly, check in was easy

One thing to know is that the whole block is a construction site, this building is surrounded by construction from both sides. So I suppose for the next year or so the noice will keep being an issue so if you’re planning to spend lots of time in the condo, it might not be the best option. The rooftop pool could use some shade! It’s hot during the day and none of the chairs have shade.

L'emplacement était parfait, à proximité de la plage et à proximité des restos et de la ville. Le rooftop était aussi super bien aménagé nous avons pu l'utilisé avant notre entré dans l'appartement et à la fin du séjour (les 2 fois en early check-in et en late check-out si on veut; sans coût sup.). Nous avons aussi pris nos petit déjeuner au rooftop. Le lit était confortable et l'appartement est très propre, tout est neuf.

Nous avons tout apprécié, même s'il y avait certains commentaires sur l'édifice en face, ça ne nous a pas tellement dérangé. Nous avons passé nos journées à la mer. Une petite recommandation serait d'inclure des chaises de plages.

Zimmer war Sauber und hatte alles was wir brauchten. Man fühlte sich Sicher. Personal war nett und hilfsbereit.

Location was amazing, staff was very helpful and understanding, room size was great, hot water worked (not a given in other places we've been before), well equipped kitchen. No construction noise (previous reviews complained about it).

No view (balcony faced a wall), although it made it good for hanging clothes to dry. New firm mattress, some may love this but not good for husband's back. The bathroom could use some light around the mirror.

Mein Zimmer hatte als Balkon Blick eine Mauer. Als es regnete viel der Fahrstuhl aus da es in den Schacht geregnet hat
