"Bad experience, no wifi, no TV connection, cockroaches in bed"

There was no wifi, TV. They provided boaring water not packed water. I complaint the issues with Oyo but no resolution during my stay. Falsely charged for those amenities. There were cockroaches every where including bed.

Worst condition of the rooms. AC not working. Fan working with limited speed. Warm water flow very slow, toilets not cleaned. Walls splashed with spits and very dirty

Staff was polite and helpful Helped me to reach location when I was not able to find hotel

The ac and wifi was off plus wall cleanliness wasn't good since there was stuff on walls Bedsheet had cigarette holes Tv was not working properly.
