I had booked a double air conditioned room in this hotel which was confirmed as well. However on reaching the place Iam told that the price at which the booking was confirmed is for a single non a/c room and I will have to pay more if I needed a a/c double room. So in this sultry Chennai weather I had to settle in a tiny non a/c single room. For an elderly person like me comfort matters and I feel cheated, hope booking.com addresses this concern with the hotel authorities.

INNear to Koyambedu Bustand, Prime location on 100 feet road (Opp. to Vijayakanth party office). Rooms are neat and clean. Polite staffs.
They stated Check-in time 12.00 pm and Checkout at next day 11.00 am. But while booking I had specifically requested my check-in time 7.00 am and check out at 7.00 pm same day (only 12 hours). Though I stayed only 12 hours, they collected early check-in charges extra. For a single person, 12 hours stay, 1850/- is expensive. for me
