Customer service and location

The beds were very stiff and uncomfortable and the furniture was somewhat old also, the wifi doesn't work very well.

The staff were very accommodating and quick to respond to items that needed attention. Location was pretty good. The whole layout of the property was well spaced out and very enjoyable.

The bungalows could use more appliances like a toaster, kettle, coffee maker and toaster oven or oven. The pots and pans can also be replaced. I wish the rooms had a separate living room.

"It was a very happy and enjoyable experience"

The staff were amazing. Every single one of them always said hi I put a smile on their face. Anything that needed attention was done right away. I’ve never had such a great service anywhere I’ve been. They’re always working trying to improve the place. We were very thankful and lucky to get a suite there.

I really can’t think of anything.
