Location was great however more things then I can count to explain that offset this. It says take off shoes. The carpet is disgusting in each room so I’m not sure ther taking off shoes is going to fix this. The place has two normal sized bowels in the kitchen so my kids were stuck using cups for cereal. The internet code was incorrect so we spent 30 minutes trying to figure out the code before needing to update the property management company Redawninf that in fact it was incorrect. The shower was some random assortment of leftover shampoo and conditioner, the toilet in one bathroom was disgusting, the ac had mold on it, the tv remote didn’t work actually all 3 of them. When you walk in the back it is a complete mess with half cut wood and stuff under the porch. The upstairs wasn’t just steep if you’re over 60, forget about it, the place is a fall hazard where a fall will happen at some point. it’s spots like this where an owner puts some crazy price and cleaning fee because he’s got some empty spot to load people in and nothing is what it explains to be other then location. What a joke.
