B&B Ernestine Family Home

The room was immaculate. The sheets were fresh, the bathroom was fabulously modern.

My room did not have a key to lock the door. On checking in, I freshen up and had to go out to meet family, on leaving the host asked how long I was going to be? I had to ask if I could obtain a key to the front door of the house so I could come and go as I wished. While away for a few hours, the host had entered my room!!!!! I had left the door unlocked to the balcony and it was locked when I returned. The next night I had a family function to attend, I left the air conditioner unit on low as the day and night was very hot, on returning that night AGAIN the host had entered my room and turned the air conditioner off.!!!! This was totally unacceptable behaviour. To say I was shocked was an understatement. I am 72 years old, have travelled all my life and this was a first I have experienced this in a B & B!!!!!! If you want quiet, you will not get it at this establishment, the host’s son is very young and very loud. The peace and quiet I had hope to get was not here.

The location was beautiful. The house is gorgeous, the family is so welcoming and inviting, it's a convenient location in a little village, but looks out over fields and mountains. Couldn't ask for a better stay.

I did enjoy very much my stay in this b&b because of the friendly owners, amazing villa close to the city center and the awesome breakfast full of homemade pastries and bio products. I will definitely return in the future.
