River view Lazy Casa

My friends & I enjoyed our stay so much! Makes going to the river so much more fun & worth it. The unit is clean, nice & cute, has its own balcony overlooking the river, lots of space and has a private beach less than a minute walk! The owner was so nice & communicative. Early check in is $100 but definitely worth it. Lots of parking. Were already planning on when to come back 🫶🏾

So close to the water really nice area, big leaving room, and couch, big rooms, lots of seating

Air-conditioning and TVs, not working well in the rooms. Not enough blankets or pillows for the number of beds available. Not enough trash bags, toilet paper, towels, utensils, or plates for the 10 people we booked. Supplies were not enough for the amount of time or number of occupancy we rented, also should have specific time for check-in and check out when booking.

View to the river and private beach close by. Cozy apartment with all the amenities.

My bed was a little noise And it was dog hair on the sheets. A little dust But nothing crazy.

We were confused on setting up the tv but we got it.

location was good

the rooms were dirty i found dog poop on the sofa and bed bugs on bed . the floor was so dirty like never been mopped. there was laundry room but couldnt get inside because i was not provided with code.
