No breakfast included. Lovely location, adequate kitchen facilities, but a taxi ride away for groceries.... no grocery shopping in La Bocana ... 2-3 restaurants.....plan ahead for food. Most excellent beach and river nearby.

Close proximity to the beach in the cutest town outside Huatulco! This place has everything you need and more. The hosts are amazing. The AC worked great and the patio is so dreamy. The town itself doesn’t have a lot, but what it does have is all you need! This is the perfect place to avoid crowds and get the rest and relaxation you need. It’s a short taxi ride into Huatulco proper, but trust me, you’re going to want to stay and enjoy this paradise. The river that runs parallel to the ocean is the best way to hang out and cool off from the sun as the waves are too big to swim in the ocean here. This would be a bird lovers paradise. Great beach for beach combing. Casa Bocana around the corner is a great restaurant and has a rooftop bar. The 2 restaurants on the beach are also great for food and drinks. If you have a chance, you MUST take a cooking class with Alfredo at Wahaca cooking school.

Chiara and Alfredo are excellent hosts, always kind, attentive, and accommodating. The room is bright, modern, beautifully decorated, and clean. The patio was amazing and the bed is comfortable. Very effective air conditioner and ceiling fan. The surfing beach is right down the road and there are several restaurants to choose from.

We did have difficulties with the shower's pressure and temperature fluctuations, and it's worth noting that the walls are very thin so if someone is staying in the room next door, you will hear them.

The property had everything you needed for a few nice relaxing days. Easily I could stay a week.
