THThe staff was entirely wonderful and welcoming. I stayed in room 1 on the first floor. The location was great because it was walking distance (about 10 minutes) to all the major areas. It was nice and dark and very quiet - great for a good sleep. There was a fan in the room and the ac worked well.
The room smelled a little musty and the bed was very hard.

FRUn bon accueil. Location de scooter sur place.On a pu laisser nos bagages 2 jours le temps d'aller à Ban Gioc Waterfall. On a demandé pour un bus le lendemain pour Hanoï et la dame a réservé pour nous. Merci
Le matelas est un peu trop dur.
FRChambre spacieuse Possibilité de louer un scooter au homestay : ce qui nous a permis de faire la boucle de Cao Bang. L'hôtel nous a gardé nos bagages durant les 2 jours où nous étions partis et nous a réservé également une chambre pour notre retour. Au calme malgré un très bon emplacement proche du centre. Le personnel s'est occupé de nous commander un taxi pour notre départ.
