CHThe best aspect first is that the staff is amazing. They were super kind and they helped us with booking everything, including transport to our next stop (Ba Be lake) and visit to Ban Gioc waterfall (+more) on our day in Cao Bang. Just to precise, we arrived at 4:30am with a night bus and the owner welcomed us and opened the door for us, which was so kind. We were in a shared room of 4 with 4 huuuuge beds so there was plenty of space.
Not much except that there is no common area or at least we didn’t see it 😌 but we stayed only one night.

A bit far from the main place
ILThe room was comfortable and at a great value for the price. The woman at the reception was very helpful with helping us find a driver for the day, and answering our many questions. When I had several hours to spend before my bus and after checkout they had no problems letting me hang out and even use a shower.

DEGreat value combined with a very nice and helpful owner. Additionally a beautiful balcony, with a good location to reach the center of the town.
In our room the silicone around the sink in the bathroom had a slight stain.

AUThe dorm room was clean and comfortable. Staff were easy to reach via WhatsApp. The aircon worked well and it wasn’t too far a walk from food and coffee
RU- Very good location in the center of the city. Restaurants, cafes, shops are within the walking distance from the hotel - Rooms are small and comfortable for an affordable price - The hotel manager is very nice and responsive. She can answer any question related to Cao Bang and the surrounded sights - good quality motorbikes are available for rent in the hotel
- the water pressure in the shower was quiet low
