Nice location out of town. The deck was nice and had a good shower.

A little bit too small for a couple with suitcases. Washing up was a bit tricky with the provided bowl. Composting toilet was a challenge, the odour was evident in the bedroom. The water was brown so we didn't drink it.

Quiet and peaceful. Great rural view.

For us, we needed a little more space.

The extra little touches that were made by the owners, like a small milk in the fridge. The politeness of the owners and their availability, help when needed - although I did not meet them in person…….

The lack of space - really just a bit too small, like living in a caravan / tent. The views are not ‘stunning’, but exceedingly average by NZ standards. The extra thought that was missing - the fridge is noisy, especially when your ear is right beside it in bed. No low / mood lighting, just full on, or nothing. No fly screen installed to the window which would allow ventilation with the window open. Override of outside light PIRs would be useful. I felt claustrophobic with the window and doors closed. All in all - way overpriced for what it is……should be 25% cheaper.

The outlook was great and the bed was comfy It was nice to get away and relax in the quiet surroundings. Liked the compost toilet .

I feel that the cabin was a little too tight for two people It was a struggle to move around with suitcases and other gear. There was nowhere to sit inside except the bed on a wet night.

Location. This was a completely unique experience. Loved the birds, sheep and cow sounds. Very peaceful.
