Une jolie chambre très bien rénovée, à deux pas de la vielle ville (porto nueva) et de fabuleuses pasticceria, aucune difficulté pour trouver une place de stationnement gratuit à proximité de l'immeuble. une climatisation récente, efficace et silencieuse. Propriétaire très bienveillant. Vraiment idéal pour visiter le vieux Palerme.

Quelques travaux en bas de l'immeuble avec un peu de bruit (soufflerie) mais le double vitrage de la toute nouvelle baie vitrée les atténue beaucoup, et cela n'enlève en rien au charme de cette chambre.

La struttura è in posizione ottima e perfetta per girare a piedi il centro della città. Camera molto pulita e ben organizzata. Il propietario, molto disponibile, ci ha stilato una lista di posti da frequentare e attività da fare che si è rivelata molto utile. Lo consiglio vivamente per un soggiorno a Palermo.

Tout prés du centre touristique de Palerme, on peut ensuite aller à pieds voir la cathédrale, le palais Normand, le théatre et plein d'autres. Le logement est très bien, très propre et calme. Le propriétaire nous a donnés des tas de conseils.

We spent a week at Isola del Tesori in Palermo and everything was great. The apartment was clean, well-kept, and located in a quiet area. Francesco is a wonderful host – kind, attentive, and full of great recommendations for local food and places to visit. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay.

The property has been recently refurbished to a high standard, with stylish decor and spotless interiors. It’s in a great location—perfect for walking to Palermo’s main attractions—and street parking nearby was surprisingly easy. The facilities were well-maintained, and the excellent bakery just across the street was a lovely bonus.

Close to the city center. Beautiful and convenient appartment. The owner was ver kind and sent useful instructions about sightseeing, eating, and parking

No lift. The area and the building are not for every one (a little bit dodgy)

The location was excellent as we were near Porta Nuova and the historic area. The host's communication was exceptional, and as the room was ready earlier, invited us to arrive whenever. They provided great suggestions if places to eat and sights to see. The bed was comfortable and the space clean. The price is great for the location

The coffee machine was out on the hallway and shared with the other rooms. The shower was small and I kept knocking the tap! There is building work outside, which was fine, but the floodlights came in at the small window and there was no blind or black out.
