Tout était très bien on se croirait dans un palace A côté du centre mais pas trop, endroit relativement calme

Got a basement room without any window though booking a room with a balcony. The bathroom was not in a good state, things barely held together (loose shower door, no towel hooks, loose faucet…). After talking to the staff, which was difficult because not all speak English, we were assured another room for the next day. On return on the next evening from our day trip no one remembered and we had to explain again. Then we had to wait until the room was cleaned. No refund was offered, even after asking. The bathroom in the new room smelled like sewer. We then cut our stay short - again with no compensation.
