Rooftop Pool - Hollywood Beach Boardwalk

Property was excellent, clean, well maintained and had a great pool. Super quick walk to beach, restaurants, etc.

Music at the pool is pretty loud, makes it tough to relax.

It had a pool and bar and a very comfortable bed

Unfortunately, the person who handled the booking did not send out info through so we say in the lobby for an hour waiting to get checked in. Then when we went to the room and it’s supposed to have wash clothes to wash with but non was supplied but two and when we asked for more we were told to go wash them… we stayed for 9 night but they were supposed to change them out on the 5th day at least… we had no dish soap to clean the dishes with or hand towel to dry our hands with after washing them from using the bathroom or being able to dry off the dishes after a wash. This was supposed to be a nice stay and it’s was a terrible experience. Not o mention we had so much trash that no one came to pick up when we tried getting rid of it. They were responsive through the app but had a hard time understanding. We have rentals of ours own and this is just not what is expected for quality of stay for your guests.

Very clean quiet and comfortable close to the beach restaurants and bars.

We did not have breakfast, not included. The unit was OK, although hooks for the washer and dryer were there. Like I told before, at least once the bed sheets should be changed. So, I am not planning to stay there. I am leaving a good review in any case.

The property MUST list all the charges before paying. ,it does NOT tell you what it is and how much. We found out AFTER you pay. Fine prints were $50 registration, $40 a day for parking, $35 to use the pool, chairs fees , cleaning fees etc. The final price would have ended up at almost $700 for 2 nights. I called the property to cancel and only got an attitude with the assistance help. The owners will not call anyone, just email. I would recommend to at least disclose those fee’s BEFORE you pay and NOT after the fact to avoid these type of situation. I am only rating based on this issue, we never stayed there to be fair. I loved the location, rooftop pool, and comfort of the bed & loved the shower. The size of the room was great too.

There were certain amenities that were malfunctioning such as the light-up mirror that didn’t work & leaking sink. There were several charges not fully disclosed on the initial page. Parking was $40 per day & there was a $35 resort fee per day added on. They did not have sheets and towel service to switch out used ones, which I was unaware of initially.
