Don’t book it! Very dirty and unhygienic!

Dirty bed linens, toilet was horrible

Don’t stay here, the drains smelt really bad so it made the whole room smell and we had no hot water and the toilet was blocked. They couldn’t fix either so moved us rooms the next day, still wasn’t great very dirty and no natural light as no outside window. The bed was rock hard and no covers. They didn’t clean the room, replace the toilet roll or empty the bin once. Do not waste your money. Staff laughed at us when we arrived as we had to walk from the pier so we were very hot and sweaty as they don’t offer a luggage service.

Location

The room was clean when we arrived but I never had 4 nights of such bad sleep. You could hear everyone outside there was no isolation. Also the bed was like a stone and by every move you made in the bed you could hear it cracking. Also the bathroom was a bit weird with the shower next to the toilet not really comfy To be positive the location was good and the people behind the desk were friendly, the only thing that they didn’t like was that i complained about the bed and de rooms isolation.

Property was in a nice spot and as long as you are just wanting to be close to everything and aren’t too fussed about it being super fancy it is awesome

It was quite dirty and run down

The room was fine. Bed was nice and the location was good.

The downstairs area smelled a bit. On our last day our power to the room stopped working and the room got hot very fast. It took over 30 minutes to contact anyone since the front desk was closed. The number posted to contact did not reach anyone and their response time in booking.com was slow. Someone eventually arrive and got it working with a temporary solution.

property was absolutely fine but we had really noisy people in the next room that woke us up at all hours banging and screaming - only reason our stay was slightly less than satisfactory:(

good location, spacious rooms, lovely staff

abit expensive for what it is

Good aircon and spacious bed. Staff were friendly

Water turned off at night and didn’t turn on until late the next morning, we were not able to shower before leaving the next morning
