Villa ZeN- with Private garden and beach

We had a really lovely stay at Villa Zen. The best part was definitely the location – being able to wake up, grab a coffee and walk straight into the sea was priceless. Chris was a great host. He sent us recommendations for restaurants, answered all our questions quickly and made everything very easy from the moment we arrived. The house was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed, there was a barbecue available, and we spent a lot of time enjoying the garden. The fish you are seeing on teh photo - we caught ourselves with kids in front of the house :) The sunsets from there were absolutely beautiful. Also walking distance to the city and restaurants near by like Welcome taverna, which we loved. If you're looking for a peaceful place by the sea where you can truly relax, this is it. We left with wonderful memories and would happily come back.

Konum denize sıfır ve sakin. İnsan kalabalığı vs gürültü yok manzara şahane. Ev tüm ihtiyaçları karşıladığı gibi güneşlenme terası, terasda manzarada yemek, bahçe , barbekü,… gibi ekstraları var. Şehire yürüme mesafesinde . Ve hatta 100 metre mesafede plaj dahi var. Mükemmel. !

We had a fantastic stay! The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and perfect for a family—there were six of us including children, and we felt right at home. The host had thought of everything we might need: beach slippers, water shoes, towels, mosquito repellent—you name it. We were even greeted with a bottle of wine, which was a lovely touch. Communication with the host was excellent; they responded to all our questions promptly and even helped us solve an issue we had with car rental. The sea was crystal clear and wonderful for swimming. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet just a 10-minute walk from the marina. There are also markets, restaurants, and bars nearby. We had a very relaxing and fun time, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect. Not a single thing to criticize.

The location is amazing and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. The house has retained the soul and charm of the old house while also having the facilities of a modern one. Check-in and check out were very smooth and Christos was very responsive, friendly and available whenever we needed something.

The space feels a bit tight for six people but it’s still functional. Access to the sea in front of the house is not easy as it is quite rocky but there are plenty of gorgeous beaches to visit around the island to explore.

First of all the house was a comfortable and elegantly designed authentic samos house with a stunning view. There was a wonderful garden area where we enjoyed drinking our morning coffee and evening wine with the sound of the sea. There was also a private beach section for swimming in the sea and a special area for sunbathing. With its private atmosphere we had a magical and relaxing time. We owe a special thank you to the owner Kris for all his help and hospitability🙏🏻
