Questo albergo è una trappola; la reception funziona solo dalle 10 alle 17h e quando siamo andate via era chiusa. Abbiamo seguito le istruzioni di lasciare le chiave nella stanza, ma dopo un paio de ore, ho ricevuto un addebito di 100 euro, e quando chiamo la struttura per capire cosa è sucesso, la ragazza della reception, ci dice che è per avere rotto il coperchio del water, e che avevo firmato un accordo per pagare qualsiasi cosa danneggiata. Ho risposto che non è vero, noi non avevamo rotto niente, siamo uscite con la stanza in perfetto ordine, e lei n modo molto maleducato ha detto di rivolgerci a Booking.com. Ora ho sentito Booking, e spero che questo problema sarà risolto. Non è possibile essere accusati di una cosa che non abbiamo fatto. Il sospetto è che vogliano lucrare ingiustamente sul nostro soggiorno. È una vita che viaggio e che prenoto con Booking e non ho mai avuto problemi. Como facciamo per i prossimi viaggi? Dobbiamo fare le foto di tutta la stanza prima di uscire? Sinceramente, trovo insopportabile essere accusata ingiustamente.

Very nice property in the old town. Close to everything in the very center of Riga. Supernice and kind personnel. Very confortable bed.

I wasn't made fully aware that there is no reception service after 6pm, so when I came back at night I was unable to enter the property (as I didn't note down a code written on my card envelope). Fortunately there is a phone number on the main door, and they kindly sent me the entry code promptly. Fifth floor: there are no lights indicating the emergency escape route in case of fire or danger. I guess this issue should be immediately addressed.
