B&B Palazzo Vittoria

🌟 Оцінка: 10/10 Це був один з найприємніших готелів, де мені доводилося зупинятися! Обслуговування — на найвищому рівні. Персонал був настільки уважний, ввічливий і доброзичливий, що кожен день перебування тут приносив тільки задоволення. Номери чисті, затишні й продумані до дрібниць. Дуже приємна атмосфера в усьому готелі — від рецепції до сніданкової зони. Все зроблено з любов’ю до гостей. Особливе спасибі за щиру посмішку на рецепції і готовність допомогти в будь-якій ситуації — це створює справжнє відчуття турботи. Безумно крутий сервіс, відчуваєш себе як удома або навіть краще :) Обов’язково повернусь ще раз і буду рекомендувати друзям!

There was nothing to not like!

Exceptionally clean and Manual was extremely thoughtful! He provided a large breakfast with homemade focaccia and gave local recommendations. The room was the perfect spot for our stay in Biscelgie- quiet, clean, and comfortable

No complaints! Everything was perfect.

The hotel was absolutely perfect. Small and quaint in the heart of the old city. Manuel and Irina were amazing. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for!

location in the historical city and being near to everything, including the port and all the amenities around it. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Also, I liked the fact that there was a small room and a terrace where a continental breakfast was served. Very satisfactory.

As a B&B booking.com, the price was a bit overpriced. B&B prices are supposed to be cheaper than hotels. But, recently, they seem to cost just as much, if not even more expensive. And that's not right. However, booking.com is to blame for that, not the premises. Palazzo Vittoria itself was Great.

Magnifique chambre, décorée avec goût dans des matériaux luxueux. Apprécié bouteilles d’eau et cafetière expresso. Très propre, sécuritaire et tranquille. Par contre à notre arrivée, le code pour entrer ne fonctionnait pas, d’autres qui avait loué on tenté sans succès. On a dû attendre 45 minutes avant que quelqu’un vienne nous ouvrir. Attention sur le site expédia c’est indiqué petit déjeuner inclus, ça ne l’est pas.

Siamo rimasti sono un giorno ma il posto è magnifico e ben curato oltre che nel cuore di Bisceglie.
