I’ve traveled to many countries around the world, and this is the first time I’ve experienced something like this—an apartment I’m paying for actually fines me if I go out after 9 PM. Even more ridiculous is putting limits on water and electricity usage, making us pay a €200 deposit and to sign an online contract that clearly favors them. A fine if you leave trash in the apartment, a fine if you don’t wash the dishes, a fine if you don’t clean the place before leaving… The only thing they didn’t charge us for was the air.
