房間有煙味，詢問服務員表示是房間施工期間施工人員抽煙，煙味隨空調飄入房間，告知櫃檯人員勸導，但隔日仍同樣問題，房間內仍是煙味飄入，期待飯店重視房務禁煙相關規定並能確實為顧客安全把關，因房間施工期間工班人員抽煙行為已危害房客住房安全及品質。
