Location was good Equipment (gym, sauna) a bit run down but still quite nice Room nice and comfortable Room very clean Great value for money

Service wasn't up what we expected I think it lacks more employees. We had no towel in the rooms at check-in and had to ask three times until getting one (for two people, because they didn't have enough left) at 11:30 pm. The poor room service guy was overworked

The fact that the mgt team went over and beyond .

My bathtub was never cleaned from the inside- considering it was covered in someone else’s hair before my arrival. The fact I was left given a disgusting bathroom and the smell from the shower curtain was just gross.

water bottle charges and toiletries bad, shaving cream & lotion was empty,

was terrible. We asked the person in charge to add more towels since there were enough for only one person (but we were two), but he refused saying they were not available. Furthermore, he promised to change them the next morning and add new ones, but we found the same dirty and smelly towels as before...
