* smelly corridor * orthopedic mattress (it is hard) * only one towel per day for two occupants, tried to ask another one but the staff always have excuse no towel available, such a pity and not normal for hotel business * Seems no valet and parking is far from the entrance *room cleaning is not by default, you have to ask, and they didn't try to replace the wet towel and have to ask which they provided only one even though asked for two. Looks like this hotel have issue with towel, so prepare yourself, take towel from home with you if you want to stay here

Rooms are good and comfortable for the price.

Staffs are not that cooperative and lacks smiling and welcoming faces. Staff’s client engagement should be improved.

Staff were really bad. The receptionists did not even understand English. Worst at communicating. Specially the lady who was at the reception. Will never recommend to anyone.

The rooms were big. The location is really good as shops are just a short walk away. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The faint smell of cigarette in the hallway but it's expected if there are guests smoking in the smoking rooms it's going to seep out to the hallway eventually. The showerhead in my bathroom was not working well but good thing the room had a bathtub so I just took a bath instead of a shower.

The room was very spacious and much larger than expected. The hotel is in a good spot to access restaurants/supermarket.

Great location with several restaurants, cafes and even a hypermarket within walking distance. The room was comfortable, breakfast had many options, parking was big and easy to find and the staff was kind and helpful.

Nice, clean hotel in Muscat. The rooms are very spacious. Beds were a bit hard and pillows not great, but overall a good sleep. The shower and tub/shower both didn't have shower curtains so the floor got wet. There were no face cloths, but they had shampoo & body wash. There were 2 bottles of water per day in your room along with a kettle to make coffee or tea (provided). The "balcony" is fully fenced with 2 windows that open slightly, not a lot of natural light in the room. There is a couch and chair, desk, closet, safe and mini fridge. There is a restaurant onsite, but I did not eat there so can't comment. Wifi works well enough in the rooms and lobby. There is a good restaurant nearby called imperial kitchen. The hyper market is a 2 minute walk, so you can stock up on snacks or water. There is also an atm nearby. I felt the area was safe as a woman traveller.
