Unfortunately they tried to scam us by requesting to to pay a deposit using an external link I have use it and paid for the deposit that has never been returned despite the fact we came only to work in Southend we used the place solely to sleep

I make a reservation for 2 night for my family with 3 kids and a baby 7 month , when I take the key to go inside the property I went to living room there was a bad small the sofa was wet , in bed rooms the bed sheets was not changed not iron , when I saw like this strait away I call the owner I sad sorry but the property doesn’t much the criteria like in the photo is not clean I need to cancel my booking, He said ok because do it in booking.com free cancellation and he will accept, but he didn’t . I left the house after 5 min on that day , and he charge me like I stay for two night there, My worst experience ever .

It is very close to the beach and amenities 10 to 15 mins walk and 5 minute drive. Plenty of parking available around the property. The property has all the basics for a short a stay.
