Luxury dep whit pool

La propiedad es muy cómoda está equipada para estar unos días.

La manija de la heladera estaba rota había que tratarla con cuidado. En mis gustos el baño era muy chiquito, y el balcón están lleno de cosas de limpieza junto con el equipo de aire acondicionado ( no lo usamos).

The apartamento was full of mold, dirty, full of ants, TV not working, sheets and towels dirty and stained,the terrace hás a wall o front at 60cm só no view or light, also noisy you hear all the neighbors, old mattres incomfortable. The. owner didnt wanted to fix the TV because she was busy and also she shouted at us and ofended us when we complained about the mould and cleaning, she was violent even in front of other people neighbors and a person as that shouldnt work with tourism. I had never been treated, ofended and humiliated like this in my life only because I told her the apartament had mold and dirt.

The apart was close to restaurants, shops and the beach - approx. 7-8 minute walk. The room is a good size and you also have a small kitchen, a good size balcony and chairs/table. You have q good size closet, hangers, hair dryer and even an iron.

The fridge door was broken, just missing, only a small part was left to open the fridge (which is also very noisy, it woke me up the first night). The towels are somewhat stained, I think bleaching them would be a good option - they were clean, but not white, more grey. The windows have no noise insulation, luckily, the area is quiet at night.

I loved the modern building and the 24/7 security. Great studio with large bed and good internet. I enjoyed the balcony in the evening that allowed me to cool down after a day in the sun. The location is great, less than 10 minute walk from the beach, 4 min walk to Walmart and several restaurants to choose from a street away. It’s also a walking distance (less than 10mins) from 2 ADO bus stops that take you to the Xcaret parks and the Cancun airport. It’s around 4 blocks from the 5th avenue so you will enjoy the perks of a central location without the noise. I could hear some music coming from the club on a weekend night but once I closed the balcony door I was able to enjoy my sleep. Great place if you’re looking for a home away from home and truly live the local experience. I’ll stay here again when I come back to Playa.

No complaints. Maybe some kitchen staples would’ve been appreciated (salt/pepper, vinegar, oil). Utensils and such are provided. Also, this is a home and not a hotel so make sure to bring your beach towel. There is only two (very nice) white towels for the shower.
