Please note that a valid photo ID document is required for each guest, including minors, in order to access the property. Accepted documents include: identity card, passport, or driver’s license. To facilitate the registration process and ensure compliance with local authorities, we may request that you send your documents in advance via message or email. All data will be processed in accordance with privacy regulations (GDPR) and used exclusively for legal purposes. Please note that without a valid ID, check-in and access to the property will not be possible. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.
