Chambre Dans La Tour

The location couldn't be better, a few metres ago of the Piazza Vecchia in Città Alta, the views from the window were amazing and the building itself was amazing. Our host, Kristina was helpful and kind.

Lots of noises (heater, fridge, water leaking from the cistern), poor teas/coffees stuff... they are working on it, with little more the experience would be much better.

Lack of consideration for quality and the customer, main focus on profit. Unresponsive hosts. Missing toilet paper (we asked for it but it wasn't brought to us), missing bidet towels, missing bedside tables, missing any table. There is only one liquid soap for sink, bidet, shower. The toilet tank leaks water and drips loudly all night. The heating boiler is in the bedroom, noisy all night. The refrigerator is very noisy and therefore must be turned off during the night. There is a large 4-season wardrobe totally useless for short stays, instead of the minimum necessary furniture. Unable to block the window shutters. There was a broken plug inside a socket, with a risk of electrocution with the 220V (!!!). Both entrance keys (street door and apartment door) are defective and difficult to use (copies of copies of copies turned out badly). The door is armored but the security key is missing. The waste bin is missing. The noise from the street below and from the bells at 7 in the morning are not reduced by the mediocre fixtures.

A great room on the top floor of an old building with a fabulous view of the Citta Alta and the surrounding villages and hills. The room is quite large, with a big built-in wardrobe. There is a little "kitchen" area with a coffee maker and a fridge. Nice bathroom amenities. The location is amazing, it's in the heart of Citta Alta, a very short walk from all the amazing sights and restaurants.
