The apartment is spacious and it is furnished well. We had a very comfortable stay. The location of the apartment is very central - close to shops, cafes bars and restaurants as well as the cathedral. The host is very helpful and the apartment is kept very clean and maintained well.

The house was big enough for a family sojourning. The beds were very comfy. There were extra towels and sheets and this was a bonus. It is near a park and the city centre. The owners were available and nice people. We liked the lay out of the flat. I liked the 'cortile' but there was building work. The area is lovely and so is Frascati a very beautiful place. I will definitely visit Frascati again next year.

Unfortunately, there were some issues, such as mould and damp, which the owner had identified and was going to try and sort out. It was rather extensive. However, in our view, the flat should not have been rented in those conditions until it was habitable. The smell was terrible. We were with our daughter and found that it is not a healthy environment. Secondly, the lighting is poor. There is not enough natural light coming in and this can be a problem if you work from the flat. A few more pots to cook in would be a plus and a real oven would have been great too! No parking, but there is one where you pay about 5 Min away.
