Leonardo50 Apartment- Modern Apartment with Parking & Balcony near Metro - Budapest

The apartment is nice and modern, spacious, ideal for a couple planning to stay for a few nights (but maybe even longer as you can use fully equipped kitchen and you have the option to use a washing machine which is a big plus!). The location is great, it is not in the centre, but 3 mins walk to the metro station which gets you anywhere very fast. The location is quiet and good if you plan to get a good sleep. Also, the balcony is very nice. Would definitely recomend if you want to stay close to the center but not directly in the city.

Super położenie, do stacji metra 5 min pieszo a do centrum 30 min.

Fully equipped apartment, clean, modern building, good location close to the city center with subway connection. Communication with Sandor was excellent. Very close is a large shopping mall as well as restaurants and cafes.

The apartment (apartment number 7, 5th floor) faces a very large main road, which means quite serious noise, including at night, especially rescue vehicles in Budapest, which make sure to have the loudest sirens in the world today. If you want to reduce the noise, you have to close the door to the balcony - but then there is no air, and in fact there is no real air conditioning as stated. There are sensors for temperature adjustment, but in fact it is not air conditioning - it is virtual air condition without openings for air-conditioned air outlet, Sandor noted that it is a "green building" and the temperature in the room is adjusted automatically and in any case in winter the building is only adjusted for heat. So we had to sleep with the window open for air, but with a lot of noise. Too bad, the apartment is excellent but the issue of noise and air conditioning affects its quality.

Fantastyczna lokalizacja blisko metra, ktorym mozna dostac sie do centrum miasta. Mialam pokoj z balkonem, wiec moglam wypic poranna kawe na balkonie. Kuchnia w pelni wyposazona, nic nie brakowalo. Pokoj jest niezwykle klimatycznie i gustownie urzadzony. Szczerze polecam.
