"Great staff, good food, problems could have been avoided if checked before renting room!."

Clean and great staff

shower head did not work, had first shower we had to use the bottom faucet in the shower by bending over to our waist to get clean. Main power in room shut off in the middle of the night for the room. Got very warm in there, refrigerator did not work due to another circuit breaker. The next morning we called the from desk and reported problems. Staff was there quickly to start working on the problems which were resolved a couple hours later. Staff was courteous and appologetic while fixing.

"Nice place, but not what I expect of an advertised 5 star resort"

Location is great. Property clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly. Room was spacious.

No window in the room. No chairs in the room with legs, only cushions on the floor.

The location is the biggest plus for this property.

1) Stray dog in the lobby. 2) Inattentive waiters at the restaurant. 3) Red Ants & mosquitoes in room 4) Broken toilet flush. They have bidet and no jet spray.
