We had to prebook breakfast but it ended up rather chaotic in the dining room with all the residents appearing at the same time and the breakfast content coming at intervals

Un accueil chaleureux dans des lieux propres et au royaume du silence. La chambre était confortable, la literie de qualité et la S.de Bains bien équipée. La restauration était de bonne facture avec des mets de qualité bien cuisinés sans oublier le cocktail '' quercy des îles '' qui a aussi ravi mes papilles. L'art de La Table est parfaitement maitrisé, Félicitations...Le petit déjeuner, sobre, mais frais et savoureux et correspondant à notre demande ce qui évite les gâchis. Un peu éloigné de Montauban, mais vaut le détour. Visiblement, les autochtones ne s'y sont pas trompés...

Being woken up every single morning by the owner's young children running, screaming and crying up and down the halls of the hotel at 7:30am. We were among the only guests at the hotel but were given a room just down the hall from reception and the breakfast area where we could hear everything that took place anytime the hotel staff were around - why not put us down the hall where few people were lingering outside our door so we could sleep and have some peace? Seems easy enough since were were practically the only people staying at the hotel. There was a basket with mold-covered fruit in the breakfast area (which we declined to purchase after seeing) and the hotel in general was extremely dated and in serious need of a design upgrade. The pool was not open. It felt like a cheap motel. We left a day early because we didn't feel like staying another night in such an unremarkable environment.
