Nice owner (even if she was hardly present on site). She gave me 2 excellent addresses to dine on (more addresses would have been welcome since Ravenna doesn't seem to be full of restaurants with good value for money). Clean place: rooms and common place. Overall, though, it's a good address: clean, well located and nice owner.

The shower is narrow and does not have a soap dish. Nothing prohibitive though (the shower is new and clean as is the whole bedroom). The upstairs neighbors tended to be noisy but not past 10 or 11 p.m. Nothing prohibitive though. The room was satisfactory, except for the view... in fact, there was no view; This was for sure the big black spot of this accommodation (I don't know how the other bedrooms are).

Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione ottima.

Comfort in più soprattutto in bagno (almeno per asciugamani e rotoli di carta igienica)

Ich hatte ein schönes Zimmer und konnte mein Rad auf den Balkon stellen. Die Lage ist ganz hervorragend. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück muss selbst zubereitet werden. Es ist aber alles da und so kommt man mit den anderen Gästen schneller ins Gespräch

Hard to find anything about which to complain. Water temperature was a bit variable in shower until I got used to it.
