Large modern house in small rural Hamlet

The location was really convenient and it was very quiet and nice area. The property was clean and big, it had everything you need to make yourself feel comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was very clean!

Great location, wonderful, comfortable, large, well-appointed house. We travelled as 2 families with kids and a small dog. Couldn't have been better or simpler.

The oven and stovetop were somewhat difficult and the gas burners don't seem to burn true - perhaps a different gas than we are used to. No complaints.

Place is clean and plenty of key kitchen utilities ready for any family to use. It's very spacious and clean too. Garden and bedrooms are big and tidy.

Just a munor thing, the pipe in the stove or oven may need some cleaning as it leaves a dark charcoal mark on their pots. However, it didn't affect the function of cooking. The stove and oven are very big and enough to feed a big family or group of people.

The house is gorgeous and has everything you can think of, including all the kitchen essentials which was great for us. The pub being right next door is very handy and cheap pints too.

One time the host entered the property without knocking which shocked us a little.

The size of the house! The comfort of the beds and the enclosed area for the pets. The amount of wash/ toileting facilities.

The photos don't make justice to the house, which is much bigger and very confortable than it looks like. Strategically located near a really cosy pub. The hoste is very helpful and nice, give us great tips to visit the Lake District.
