Sapore di mare house

It was a real feeling of a home. Fully equipped kitchen and shower. Emanuele and his wife were super nice and welcoming. When I arrived Emanuele explained everything in the flat and asked if I am happy with the cleaning. When I left he even offered to take me to the train station at 6:30am. I felt at home and loved the neighborhood and location. It’s such a beautiful spot, 80 meters from the sea promenade, 10 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town and central train station. Lots of local businesses, shops, bakeries, bars and more. If I ever come back to Bari I would definitely come back to stay with Emanuele his wife.

I think that small showers are standard in the rooms in Puglia. All the places I stayed had a small shower. The same for cutting knife for vegetables and a peeler. I guess it’s just not common to use it. The soap in the shower was both for hand and body wash.

Very clean apartment, located close to the beach as well as the railway station. The owner is helpful and nice, I recommend staying in Sapore di mare.

Well-equipped, nicely furnished appartment close to the beach and the city centre. The host is very kind and helpful. We could even take a parasol to the beach.

It might be because of cultural differences, but we would not call packages of toast and jam breakfast. However, there was also a package of croissants, and it was okay with the coffee we could prepare for ourselves as there was a coffee machine with capsules in the appartement.
