"Perfect Matakana house."

A great, modern, comfortable, clean space. The situation was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants and the market. The private parking space was great as Matakana is so popular that parking could be difficult. We hope to be back!

Very clean & well appointed! The kitchen was supplied with everything we needed to have a nice cooked meal! Very comfortable outdoor sitting area. The townhouse complex was about a 5 minute walk into the adorable village! Bedrooms very comfortable!

"Nice apartment in a good location"

Great location. Nice and clean. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery, glasses etc. The apartment is a good space for 2 couples for a short stay, it was just a shame that for the price a few of the standard extras you would expect were a let down. Bedrooms could definitely do with blackout curtains.

Bedrooms were very light, particularly the bedroom backing onto the carpark. Carpark lights shone through all night with the security light shining even brighter periodically through the night. Old stale coffee and only half a bottle or already opened milk. One face cloth for 2 people for 2 nights. No rubbish bins in upstairs bathrooms or bedrooms.

"Exceptional"

Clean, modern, and quiet. Great location central Matakana. Well furnished with everything you need (plus a Christmas tree which was nice). The local coffee provided was much appreciated.
