Very well proportioned and well equipped. Very bright. Situation was great, five mins of sea and easy to find. Also very close to a play area for the children. Very accommodating staff at reception.

The location of it was close to friends to see them and brilliant for beach and close to parks and swimming pool it was lovely and clean and very spacious and really enjoyed our stay

The only downside fall was that some of the windows latches was broken so couldn't open the windows when it was very hot

Loved the location. Loved the accommodation. Really comfy and homely. Good facilities on the site. Laundry, pub, pool etc. Family resort. Good shower in the bathroom. Two outdoor tables on our balconies.

Be aware that there is linen on the beds but you do need to bring your own towels. The kitchen is well equipped in terms of cutlery and crockery but the pans aren't very big so if you are cooking.for more than 2 people you might have trouble!

Caravan clean & tidy, close to our car. Good location for seaside towns. Station & bus stops within walking distance. Didn't use site facilities.

Caravan a little tired in places. Some window handles missing or broken. Fire not working. Extractor fan in bathroom not working. Nothing that spoilt our holiday or couldn't be put right.

Great stay The extra touches Blankets in the living room ,hand wash loo roll and cleaning products provided as well as tea coffee and sugar were much appreciated and unexpected with a caravan stay

Good value for price, cleanliness spot on; well furnished/equipped
