One bedroom apartment in the city center

1. It says there is air conditioning, but when we went, there was no air conditioning 2. All the entrances are the same, and it was very difficult to find the key 3. The bed was not comfortable at all 4. There was trash left in the apartment 5. Many things were not functional 6. The elevator was a disaster; it got stuck twice 7. It smelled like dust 8. And in the end, they accused us of changing the code to the safe and stealing their key. Why would I need their key? they asked for money for it 9. There is much more to write 10. All in all, a disaster

Cons The sheets didn't look properly/ clean.I didn't have hot water to wash; the showerhead didn't have pressure, the water flowed slowely ( if you want to WASH your HAIR - you CAN'T!).Also the room is close to the elevator room and you can't rest properly bc of the noise. 80 euros for 2 nights- that's not a real price. Good part In the end they brought me new sheets and a duvet they should keep for the guests

The location

Greatest location in the city. Old Town is just around the corner. Perfect view. The apartment is small, but you have everything to need, Andreea is detail oriented person, there are slippers, a hair dryer, a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar, dishes and shower products. Thank you for your care, Andreea.

for me there was a one minus - the smell of air freshener.

Since I was taking the night train to Timișoara, I contacted the host to ask whether a late check out would be possible. The host said this was no problem, which I really appreciated! Thank you very much for this Andreaa! The apartment was as advertised. It was very cosy, and the desk was excellent for anyone who needs to do some work while there. The view was fantastic, and the location was excellent, with a cozy cobbled square and the old town streets to the back, and the main boulevard to the front. I would definitely stay again.

Just 2 very minor points. I would suggest that the check in instructions should include a note to say that the fob must be used to access the building. Since there is also a key that fits in the building door, it was not obvious to me. It might be worth also including a note in the apartment or with the check in instructions to let the guest know that you will need to leave the water in the shower run for a number of minutes before it gets warm. This will save people from having to contact the host about this, like I did!
