Birmingham Amethyst, 3 bedroom Apartment

Location was excellent. Easy to get access and clean accommodation.

A couple of lights not working and bedroom window not able to open ( hot temp outside)

I liked the location which wasn't far from the bars and restaurants.

My only concern is the digital key.. what would happen if I accidentally left my phone in the apartment and locked myself out.....

Lovely clean bedding and linen, fab size bath towels, amazing that there were extra little things in the apartment like spare toothbrush, paste, shampoo, etc. Lots of loo rolls, everything you would need for a comfy stay, slept very well, no outside noise whatsoever even thought we were literally in centre of town. Great location for walking to the Utilia Arena, overall, a lovely clean apartment, and it was a great stay. Would definitely stay again.

These are minor niggles and did not affect my view on the apartment. Lounge sofa bed in a silly place, couldn't get through if someone at table. Not best lights in front of sofa, literally stand up and smack head on them, far too low. They are obviously table lights, dinner table needs to be there, sofa on table wall, we had to move sofa round to flat wall to get through to kitchen (safer). I have a broken arm, so in plaster, so it's not good if I fall trying to get round sofa. Bathroom shower, tried to lower shower head down, and wouldn't budge at all so had to be really high. No good when trying not to wet plaster. Safety rail on wall is loose, not good when I have a broken arm so needed the hand rail !!!

Comfortable and close to lots of restaurants Love it

Only problem was wifi was not working good 99.9 of the time When in appartement in evening everyone wanted to touch base with family which was hard to do

Very convenient place. Clean and nice.

The lock system is complicated. And not suitable for elder to use.

The location and the responsiveness of the staff was great.

The internet barely worked and it persisted despite our complaints.
