Großes, sauberes Zimmer, zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man gelangt über einen Shop ins Hotel. Ein nettes Cafe zum Frühstücken zwei Blocks weiter, ein super Restaurant gleich nebenan. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr nett, hilfreich und einfach vorab über WhatsApp.

Historisch bedingt (man ist halt im UNESCO Zentrum) sind die Zimmer eher ungewöhnlich geschnitten. Langer Flur zum privaten Badezimmer im "Außenbereich" ohne Klimaanlage. Es gab auch kein richtiges Fenster, nur Holzläden, die entsprechend Hitze reinlassen. Ein Öffnen und damit Licht von außen daher nicht vorhanden.

Location is good and centric. Staff were friendly and helpful.

We were overall disappointed with the room. The pictures look great online but in person it felt like being in a completely different room. The installations do not look well maintained or clean e.g. common areas, hallways; and the shower valve was also not working properly. The most disappointing part was the noise: our room was in the first floor up the stairs (we booked the suite deluxe with king’s size bed), with windows both facing the interior of the property (common areas) and the street. There are no real windows with glass or similar so there’s no noise cancellation, just some shutters covering the windows so we could hear absolutely everything easily, any car passing by or any conversation or people walking indoors. This also left us with no real privacy as anyone indoors could hear us at all times. We shared this feedback in person with the staff and it seemed they were aware of this concern already as shared by previous guests, however it looks like nothing is being done to fix it (for now).

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, auch die Kommunikation war hervorragend. Es gab ein kleines Missverständnis bezüglich der Zimmerbuchung, aber wir konnten eine gute Lösung finden. Das Zimmer im ersten Stock war sehr geräumig. Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar.

Die Zimmer liegen an der Straße und es kann nachts etwas lauter sein. Dafür gibt es aber Ohrstöpsel. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte sich dessen bewusst sein. Bestätigte Zimmerbuchungen sollten auch berücksichtigt werden. Daher gibt es für uns den Punktabzug.
