ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE

The spa bath (no shower so this is the only way to bath) had a drainage problem and leaked from beneath, flooding the bottom floor of the apartment on thw first night we stayed. This was not a small amount of water. The entire bottom floor was flooded and and was pooled beneath the stairs which were the only access to the toilet. We let the property manager know as soon as this happened and asked for something to dry the floor as we used the towels they gave us to try to dry the floor and they made no difference at all there was so much water. The manager just said to not use the moveable shower head and it should be fine. That was not the case at all and every time it was filled to a certain level (keep in my mind this is the only way to bath) it flooded again. He completely ignored our requests for dry towels and never once apologised for the flooding. We spent 5 days wading it water to go the toilet. The stairs to the bathroom are very steep and I slipped over over the pool over water in the night and bruised my knee. I have never had such a horrible experience in accomodation and am still in shock that management and booking.com completely ignored the fact that we were in a flooded apartment. The apartment also obviously smelt mouldy and wet! The mattress was collapsing in on itself. The single pillows were extremely thin. We both had back pain after 5 nights here. Please do not ruin your holiday by staying here!!!

Location is great, the terrace has a really beautiful view.

The check is really late, they told us that they usually let people in before but kept us waiting until 17:00 anyway because of “cleaning”. We found the room a bit dirty ( towels, shower, terrace).

The „last Corte terrace&spa“ is not one apartment so you don’t get both terrace or spa - that was NOT clear The bathroom with toilet isn’t closed - there is a hole that directly point to the bed

Property was clean and newly built

Very Steep and poorly lit staircase unfit for us [in our seventies ]hand rail wobbly, No shelf to put gel in shower Electric kettle still boxed but no cups etc

Location, comfort, super clean, easy selfie check- in procedure.

Nothing. Everything was Ok.
