FRExcellent location. My host displayed great discretion whilst making sure everything was fine. And then was there for a great chat in the evening ;-)
NZStaying in the property with Ros was awesome. In the heat of the Hawkes Bay the deck under trees with a sea breeze was very welcome. Ros is a gracious host in this share property and added to our dinner from her amazing garden. This is a share property as advertised so if you do not want to interact and have great chats with Ros then this is not for you. I can only but recommend staying the amazing Te Awanga and hanging out with Ros.

NZThe host, Ros, is such a great host - welcoming and you can tell she genuinely loves meeting new people. The house is beautiful and 10/10 for how clean it was. Very comfy beds. Lovely bathroom with shower and bath, and a very nice big shared kitchen. The Beach is just 5 mins walk away. Great holiday spot and would love to stay again.
NZIt is a very good deal, especially for someone one want a relax environment for meditation, you can't over look this. Very spacious living area, kitchen, living room and the bathroom all double than I initial thought. The host Ros is a very nice lady, she chat and shared food with the tenants. The house has a lot of artworks pictures and gallery which make the environment very comfortable. The fireplace is exceptionally warm, and keep me comfort at the winter time.
This maybe only to do with the little room I am staying in. I think if I can access to light switch from the bed that would be a lot convenient. Taking some time to learn the ideal setting for the heater to prevent getting too hot. A fry pan and kitchen towel roll at kitchen would be a bonus. If there are more power plugs in the room that will be great, I normally do bring my own power adaptor but forgot in this journey, by saying this, there are plenty of power plugs outside the bedroom which I am staying.
