The facilities within the apartment were spot on, everything that was needed was there and that we both used. It was clean

It was a bit of a walk to the main part of the city. Especially at night I would urge anyone to get an Uber at a reasonable time to the apartment as was a bit lonely at night. After the stay a couple days later we received an email stating we had caused damage to a bed slat under the bed. This was something that we would never have checked before hand to see if it were broke before or not. As we left everything intact after I find it strange that we have somewhat caused damage to something that we would never have checked before hand. Also which makes it even more strange is 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed in the apartment I slept on the sofa bed to let my partner get a good night sleep in the bed.

Clean, modern, equipped with everything you could need. Lots of extras that made the stay comfortable which were really appreciated - the aircon was a huge bonus! A very easy walk into Como centre with a train station near by (Como Borghi). Would recommend and would stay again.

Nothing we didn't like. The only thing we sometimes struggled with was the key/code - once you get the hang of it it's fine (check in online before you arrive!), however there were days we were out for 12 hours so having to rely on our phone having battery to get in the door was something we didn't really get along with.

So modern and clean! Great location!

Thank Casa Vacanze da Ivan! Apartment was cozy and as described, all very clean, spotless, just renovated, new furnitures, modern and spacious for two of us. Apartment locates in 15min walking distance from Duomo, but also local bus goes just next to this apartment. Wifi is fast and free. Ivan was a great host, he even brought extra umbrella for rainy days. Communication level was great, and I can happily promote and recommend this. Access to apartment is convinient via digital Vikey application, where you can also make check-in. Next time in Como this can be your happy place as well!
