La Mansarda sul Lago

Spazi molto ampi anche per una famiglia da 6 persone, letti e divano letto comodi e in ottime condizioni. L'appartamento l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito e in perfetto ordine Si trova in un ottima posizione, il personale è stato gentile e ci ha spiegato con precisione dove trovarlo. Posto auto al coperto.

Solo 2 aspetti da migliorare: -box doccia in condizioni pessime -condizionatori rumorosi con potenza ridotta, nonostante ci fossero 3 split interni non riuscivano a raffreddare a sufficienza l'ambiente. Nulla di invivibile per una-due notti, ma per un soggiorno prolungato diventa pesante.

L'accoglienza dell'hotel, la posizione ottima sulle sponde del lago, comodo il parcheggio libero davanti alla struttura. La casa era davvero pulita!

La doccia presente nel bagno è molto scomoda, si allaga tutto il bagno ogni doccia, non è praticabile per 4 persone, per fortuna che non ci siamo fatti da doccia tutti nello stesso momento se no avremmo avuto davvero probelmi. Il materasso della stanza matrimoniale è praticamebte sfondato. Per fortuna ci ho dormito solo una notte, perchè ho dormito poco e male.

Appartamento di ampia metratura, posizione in riva al lago (occhio all'uscita, a filo su una strada trafficata, potrebbe essere un orbita con bambini piccoli). Tisane e caffè a disposizione degli ospiti

Struttura datata, ma con grandi potenzialità. Tuttavia, da rimettere in po' in sesto: arredo datato, porta del bagno che si chiude male e cigola molto (di notte può essere un fastidio per o compagni di viaggio), terrazza carina ma poco fruibile.

The apartment is spacious and accurately reflects the description and photos. Fantastic location – excellent restaurants and bars right next door, and just across the street you’re at the lakefront. There’s also a nearby ferry stop where you can explore the entire lake and visit the island of Monte Isola. The apartment has great potential for group stays. Communication with the reception was good, there’s free parking at the hotel, and clear instructions were provided to reach the apartment, which is located a short walk from the hotel.

Some downsides: the shower has an old and awkward screen that doesn’t close properly, so the bathroom gets flooded every time you use it. One of the bedrooms has a smaller bed, which is not ideal for two people. The kitchen is poorly equipped for longer stays. The air conditioning works, but it’s quite loud – especially at night. Despite these minor issues, we had an enjoyable stay – the location really is excellent!

Well equipped apartment, spacious, clean and great location. Plenty of light, and good terrace. We had a comfortable stay.

The shower area is quite narrow, toilet seat needs repairing, the A/C is a bit noisy and the entrance of the building right on the road can be a bit dangerous for young children if not careful.

The location is brilliant, you could probably throw a tennis ball from the front door into the lake. It's at the end of the main street so it's very quiet but a very short walk.

We were a little bit unclear on the fact that you have to collect the keys from the hotel reception and then walk 100m or so down the road.
