Cosy and comfortable with a great view. Enjoyed the sweet little chocolates and bedtime notes.

The floor wasn’t swept when we returned in the afternoon although everything else was cleaned by housekeeping. Only one teaspoon between two guests.

Booked three rooms for a work function. One of the rooms for an entertainer quite well known in a South African context. Asked if the person could check in at 2 (their normal check in seems to be 3) and could not have been met with more indifference from the staff (manager and frond desk person).
