La localisation, la facilité de contact avec l'hôte, le confort mais également le calme tant de l'appartement que de la résidence. La vue sur la montagne, très agréable au moment du petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

Sans être un maniaque du repassage, je suggère d'ajouter une petite table à repasser.
