Location. Modern well fitted out apartment.

Terrible stay. Bedroom STANK of a sewage smell. It was VILE. We complained and it was acknowledged but nothing was done. We lost electricity during one day because we turned an appliance on.

Couldn’t recommend this apartment more to travellers visiting Bologna. Super comfy bed and everything you could need in the flat. Bathroom is gorgeous with an amazing bath tub. Check in was super easy. It’s in an excellent location, easy to find.

Not much natural light so make sure you set an alarm or you will sleep through with it being so dark! It’s hard to think of anything bad about this property.

Great style. Loft for kids. Walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and museums Bed was comfortable. Somewhat quiet at night.

The Host did not respond to messages in a timely matter or not at all. The bathroom had a horrible musty smell (it was so bad we had to keep the door closed at all times) They said the smell would eventually go away but it never did, and they did offer to move us, but we were on a tour and it was raining and we didn’t want to move in the rain. TV remotes don’t work; one had an old battery in it that was crusted up and the only way to turn on/off TV was to unplug it. The larger TV remote had buttons that didn’t work plus we were unable to stream any movies. In the description it stated that there is a desk and the photos showed a desk in the loft which was not there (husband needed it to do some work remotely). Told the host that they need to remove the picture or put the desk back. Dishwasher didn’t work and there was no dish soap to do dishes or hand soap in the kitchen and bathroom. No hairdryer And finally, the host did offer us a small refund for the inconvenience, but we did not receive anything. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE
