"Great Little Apartment"

The studio was very spacious and it was great to have our own place while staying in La Spezia. Good cooking facilities, bathroom, and air-conditioning unit. Key collection was via WhatsApp communication and a key safe on the side of the building which made check-in nice and flexible.

It is on the 5th floor with a very small elevator up, which may not be good for wheelchair users. Other than that, it was great.

Excellent location, very close to the ports. Newly renovated, almost fully equipped apartment. Friendly and helpful host. Fully matched with our expectations :)

Maybe a microwave oven would be useful.
