Top Lage, sehr zentral. Super schönes Appartment mit Dachterrasse und Blick über Bologna. Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einwandfrei.

Ich würde nicht mehr im Hochsommer kommen - es war sehr heiss, das Appartment verfügt über keine Klimaanlage. Aus diesem Grund reiste ich eine Tag früher ab, da ich in der Hitze nicht schlafen konnte.

L'appartement est pratique. décoré avec goût, grand, avec une terrasse permettant d'admirer les toits et les tours de Bologne. Fabio est très disponible. A recommander sans hésitation.

All good, well equipped kitchen, roof terrace great to sit and listen to the church bells and the swifts. Good communication from hosts and easy access on arrival. Great location, quiet at night.

We had a truly wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. The location is perfect – close to the city center and with a fantastic view. The rooftop terrace was a pleasant surprise, even bigger and nicer than the pictures show. A great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Highly recommended!

Location is excelent, you are in the middle of bologna but don't hear the noice at night. The terrace was our favourite part. You can enjoy the sun over the roof of bologna. Also the house is furnished in a beautiful and tasteful way. Everything was super clean and totally worth the money. Also Fabio was really nice and he offered help with restaurants etc. 100% recommend this place.

Unique with great style. Only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre.

The location and the interior are remarkable.
