"Hidden Gem 💎"

Everything. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Rooms cleaned daily, private pool. Close to shopping and a short walk to Bali Icon. Staff always available to assist. DANIEL was amazing and nothing was too much trouble, even taking the time to drive us back to the airport at the end of our stay We will definitely be returning.

Nothing, couldn't fault anything.

The staff were wonderful and friendly. The villa was clean and comfortable We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Sanur. It very comfortably accommodated our family of 5. We also spent Nyepi Day at this property which was a lovely peaceful day.

There wasn't anything to dislike. Our only negative was that the kids found a broken glass that previous guests obviously broke in the bottom of the pool. Luckily they didn't stand on it. Absolutely not the fault of the host and the staff were great and cleaned it up when we told them.

"Overall the Villa was ideal, and staff and facilities were good."

Breakfast was good, however only having one drink (coffee or juice) included is a little petty, as is having to pay rp5000 (AUD0.50) for milk with tea!

Fan speed in living area was not adjustable and lights on fan could not be turned off! Not having bottles of water in the Bathrooms

Breakfast was good several items to choose from. With our deal we could choose breakfast or lunch which we found suitable to our group. We had the lunch several times.

Nothing to mention really. All good.

"We had a nice chilled break."

The staff were amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The location was good, quite close to all the facilities including the beach. The villa facilities were good, however, it would have been nice to have tea, coffee and milk in the room for our arrival. I did like the fact that all the bedrooms were seperate so we could have our own space if we wanted it.

The breakfast and lunch. If I stayed here again I wouldn't opt for breakfast/lunch. The options were very limited. I would have preferred a buffet style breakfast. The step at the front entrance of our villa. One of our family members was in a wheelchair and we did find this a bit awkward at times.
