"Lovely apartment with everything I needed."

Lovely apartment. The decor etc was very modern and right up my street. It had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Overall a great place to stay.

The only issue was the road noise.

Really cute and tidy apartment!

Taking a shower was a hassle but not really anyone’s fault. I just didn’t notice the bathtub too carefully when I booked

Beds were comfortable

Location station carpark,-noisy when the trains came past and late at night with loud arriving passengers at one stage. Stairs were a challenge for elderly mother No storage /hanging space in bedrooms No mirrors in bedrooms Numerous cobwebs clearly missed by the cleaners but overall the apartment appeared clean.

Clean and tasteful decoration Good location Living Room was lovely

Impractical bathroom for physically challenged people. Kept banging head on low eaves To get the value for money score it would help to add extras like tea, coffee, milk etc

"Lovely flat, great location"

Apartment was very clean and cosy. Nespresso coffee included, which was lovely. Beds were very comfortable and we slept very well. Getting the keys was easy and good communication from hosts. Easy 12 minute walk into Arundel town centre. Allocated parking spot but also right next to train station.

A couple of minor things that did not seem fair to reduce our 10/10 score for, but could be helpful to note. It's on the top floor so did hold the heat and I was very hot in the small room. Fortunately I love the heat, but others could find it uncomfortable. There is just a bath with a hand-held shower so no way to have a shower with both hands free and you have to be careful not to get water everywhere. Minor point, but we were left with less than half a loo roll, which meant we had to get some. For a one-night stay I would not expect to have to buy toilet paper. If it were a longer stay then fair enough. These were all minor things and for the price and what we got, we were very satisfied
