Very neat with new appliances

No wifi was an absolute nightmare for work requirements

Excellent communication and great layout and facilities for accommodation

The beds were maybe a little too firm

Superb location! In walking distance of Margret Mahy playground which was a great plus. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and communication with hosts was easy. Very happy to stay there again.

A small minus was that you had to park on the street, but luckily we never struggled to get a spot close by.

Immaculately clean. Property is in excellent condition. Handy to Town Hall, Casino and Christchurch Shopping. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

Location was OK.

The apartment itself was adequate but very under-equipped, making our stay unecessarily frustrating. The wheelie bins were overfull, and the dishwasher was full upon arrival. Basic conveniences such as sufficient body wash (what little was provided seemed watered down), laundry liquid, dishwashing tablets, cooking oil, salt, and pepper were missing. There were no cleaning sprays for the bench, waste bins in the bathrooms, or hangers in the wardrobes. The aircon unit upstairs didn't work at all, and it was sweltering hot in both upstairs bedrooms (no fans provided either). We’ve stayed at many similar properties, but this was by far the least prepared for guests. Multiple attempts to contact the hosts were ignored entirely, leaving issues unresolved. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t stay here again.
